About Chlorinated Paraffin Wax Plant
CPW is produced with direct reaction of Normal Paraffins & Chlorine Gas ( in liquid form).Uses - Mainly used as secondary plasticizers in PVC industry.
India in itself has a huge market for this product and is also being exported to various countries.
The process is batch type and one batch completes between 28-32 hours depending upon the percentage of chlorination.
Plant Size - differect capacitites - 10 Mton, 20 MT upto 100 MTons batch capacity.
HCL ( Hydro chloric acid ) is a by product derived from production of CPW. Its normally 1.5 times of CPW produced.
